Our social immersion experience is an inspirational experience around Ciudad Bolivar, one of the most important places of social activism in Bogotá. We lead this experience with a group of young local activists that take us to the neighborhood’s history of segregation and resistance. Here, we visit their cultural place where they have hip-hop projects, orchards, and art projects with the neighbors. This experience is made to provide a social anthropological perspective of Bogotá. In the end, we have a delicious traditional snack in the community.
