Since the 60s, the streets of Bogotá have told the history of graffiti in Colombia. In 2011, the city became recognized worldwide for its street art with the Distrito Graffiti project. Which sadly happened after the murder of Diego Becerra, now a martyr of the graffiti movement. This is a unique experience in which one of our professional artists or social scientist will take you around the best walls of the city. You will learn about graffiti and muralism techniques, styles, and artists. And at the same time, you will look at the Colombian political context’s complexity through the street artists’ eyes.
